Your attendees’ trust, taken seriously

A trade show collects names, emails and phone numbers. Here is how badging.ma protects them, from the form to the last scan.

Each organiser in their own space

One organiser’s data is invisible to the others. Every table is filtered automatically, and automated tests check it on every change.

A QR code that says nothing

The QR code carries a signed reference (Ed25519), unique to each event. No name, no email. A copied or made-up QR is refused; a lost badge can be replaced and the old one blocked.

Separate consents

Event messages and sharing with exhibitors on one side, commercial offers on the other: separate boxes, never pre-ticked, in line with Moroccan law 09-08.

Discreet kiosks

A kiosk never shows a list: it only prints after a complete, exact email or phone number, with three tries at most.

Contacts belong to exhibitors

Visitors scanned by an exhibitor are visible to that exhibitor’s team only. The organiser sees totals, never the contacts.

Everything logged

Exports, imports, reprints, devices paired or switched off, access changes: the log says who did what and when, without copying personal data.

Limited retention

After the period stated in the privacy policy, attendees of a finished event are anonymised automatically. The statistics remain.

Visitors stay in control

From their account they download their data, withdraw consent for commercial offers or cancel their registration.

Access and teams

  • Precise roles: owner, event administrator, sales, reception, security, read-only
  • Two-factor sign-in available for organiser accounts
  • Access limited to the events assigned to each member
