Features
Each module works on its own or with the others. The screenshots below come from the platform, with demo data.
Build the form in a few clicks: categories (visitor, VIP, press, delegation), qualifying questions, separate consents. Duplicates are caught; VIPs and press wait for your approval.
One template per category, in the event’s colours. The badge is emailed as a PDF with a calendar link. The QR code is signed: no name, no email, and it cannot be forged.
At reception, scan the QR or search the name: the badge prints at the right size. Self-service kiosks print the badge of a visitor who types their exact email, never showing the attendee list.
Checking phones verify the QR on the spot: green, orange or red in a fraction of a second. Without a network they carry on and send the entries as soon as the connection is back.
Each stand’s sales reps scan visitors’ badges, rate their interest, add a note and propose a meeting. Contacts belong to the exhibitor; the organiser only sees totals.
Stand requests land in a pipeline shared by the sales team. The floor plan shows in real time what is free, on option or sold, with the price computed from your rates.
Show day
Today’s entries, unique visitors, badges printed, hourly flow compared with yesterday, split by entrance and category. The dashboard refreshes every 15 seconds and flags a silent phone.
